when I had a house to sell, Becky went above and beyond to help me get the house ready for showings. She was diligent about overseeing every step in the process. She helped me get the full price for my house and avoid deals that could have fallen through. After that, I referred a friend who was looking for a house in certain area, certain price range with certain features. Becky went on the hunt with my friend going to many, many properties. Becky facilitated what some may believe to be impossible. The 4th of July was a week away and Becky met with us to discuss putting our home on the market that week. She coached us through our first home selling experience: paperwork, staging, pictures, and scheduling showings while we were on vacation. Although the time frame was tight Becky was thorough and thoughtful with each stage of the process. Three days after we signed the paperwork, the photographer arrived to take pictures.
